Memoreasy
Memoreasy is new and fresh vocal flash card application that incorporates a highly capable memory spacing algorithm. The main difference between Memoreasy and regular flash cards is that you don't have to read long texts; just listen, without any effort. It helps you to remember your material in an optimal way, so that it can be recalled years later!
In Memoreasy you don't have to type anything. In order to create a new card, you just tap the button and record it within seconds. Cards are organized in decks and can be easily moved / edited and deleted using multiple selections.
Memoreasy has two modes available: Today's review and Listening.
Today's review mode utilises the memory spacing algorithm to combat your forgetting curve. You just listen to scheduled items and give yourself a note. Time distance is computed based on your results. Material is reviewed 2 to 20 days later and subsequently over an even longer period. In some cases, information will be so well consolidated after two or three reviews that it can be recalled years later!
In the listening mode you can listen to selected subsets of your items at a given speed and order. You review your knowledge base. You can keep your learning curve active at all times. You can shuffle or rewind all items, or use it to play question and answer. Conclusion: This application will help you to learn your things instantly, even in a busy environment such as subway, train, bus or plane. Please note: clients with iPod touch 2nd generation should use Apple headset with a microphone.
